Reset the RSTDISBL fuse on ATTiny85 mini USB dev board using HVSP with AVR Dragon programmer. Some boards have RSTDISBL set to enable GPIO on P5. When RSTDISBL is set, you cannot reset the fuse using normal ISP. A common scenario is when you try to change a USBtinyISP board back to normal usage.
Basic attiny85-based micro-USB based keyboard, uses a single MX Cherry-style mechanical keyboard switch.

Note: **These don't actually work.** Using ATTINY85 for USB keyboards is totally hit & miss. You need to use a hub to get the USB close, and even that doesn't help much.

This is little board I made to help me with ATTINY chips projects.
It has 6 pin USBASP input and 4 pin headers for each of the pin of the chip times 3, which makes it easy to connect oscilloscope and put it on breadboard in same time and still have pins to connect to it external device. Also it has both SOIC8 and DIP8 packages support.
